You are solely responsible for how you use the outputs, and for ensuring they meet applicable regulations in your industry.

Certain features require a paid subscription. You authorize us to charge applicable fees and taxes to your payment method. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.

AI Credits

Certain AI features are powered by usage units called “credits.” Credits are a limited license to access AI features. Credits are not money, stored value, or a gift card; they have no cash value, are non-refundable except where required by law, and are non-transferable. Credits may be redeemed only for AI features within the Frevana platform and may not be sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

1. Subscription credits. Credits provided on a recurring basis — whether included in your plan or obtained through a recurring credit subscription — refresh at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Any unused subscription credits expire at the end of the billing cycle in which they were granted.
2. One-time credits. Credits purchased as a one-time top-up are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused balance expires at the end of that 12-month period.
3. We may change the credit cost of features, the number of credits included, or credit pricing on a going-forward basis. Credits remaining on a canceled, suspended, or terminated account may be forfeited, except where prohibited by law.

You may not:

1. Generate or distribute content that is unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, explicit, or violates third-party rights.
2. Use the Services for spam, phishing, harassment, or unauthorized advertising.
3. Resell access to the Services or outputs without written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit, including text prompts, uploaded images, and brand materials. You grant us a license to process this content for the purposes of providing and improving the Services.

AI-Generated Output

Subject to compliance with these Terms and applicable law:

1. You may use the AI-generated content (text and images) for commercial purposes.
2. We do not guarantee exclusivity of any generated content, as similar outputs may be produced for other users.
3. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AI-generated content does not infringe third-party rights (e.g., likeness, trademarks).

We collect and use your data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may opt out of data being used for model improvement, subject to service limitations.

All rights in the Services, including software, models, and training data, are owned by Frevana or its licensors. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or create derivative works of our Services.

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, lawful, or suitable for your intended use.

You should review and approve all generated content before publishing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including loss of business, revenue, data, or reputation — arising from your use of the Services.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in misuse of the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the platform. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
